Can’t watch TJC TV Channels

Is anyone else having problems with viewing TJC on their TV? I’m getting messages on Freeview that there’s an HD channel available on 115 - except there isn’t! And yes, I have retuned three times now over recent weeks.
I’ve been watching on a Freeview because TJC’s channel on Freesat is unwatchable due to a weak signal and drops out completely.
What’s going on TJC? Going to lose customers if we can’t watch your presentations

Thank you for contacting us. I think you need to retune your TV /Box.

Press 'Menu' on your remote control (Home on some TVs)
-Find the settings' or 'setup' option
-Select 'first time installation,' 'full retune' or 'default settings'
-if asked for PIN code and you don't know it, try 0000 or 1234
-Your TV or box should start retuning.

Hi Sachin. You’ve not read my post correctly. I have already retuned my Freeview box three times, on three separate dates since you first announced that 115 was available. It is not found by Freeview in my area.
Are you aware whether it is not available everywhere?

I am getting the message about the HD channel from 6th January. Does that mean that the channel will only be available on HD? If so we won't be able to watch it anymore.

So is tjc still going to air on 49 . Ive retuned and cannot get hd channel 115

Dear Tim,

Please retune your TV set or Box and TJC CH 49 will be back.
Due to technical changes from our provider all our customers have to retune there TV set or Boxes.

Hi Tim,

To clarify, TJC will remain on channel 49 you just need to retune your TV on Monday 6th Jan to continue watching on this channel. In regards to our HD channel 115 its available in certain areas of the UK, to check if you are able to view us in HD please use the link below and enter your postcode.
