To Any Customer....

Has anyone else noticed how TJC keep changing their rules!!!!!
For a very long time any item under £9.99 that was included in an Order placed on Budget Pay got included in the Budget Pay breakdown......then earlier this summer after i queried a big some of money taken from my Bank Account following an Order that contained both a budget pay item and items under £9.99 only to be told that TJC had changed their policy and that all items under £9.99 would have to be paid for in full.....i have since made a further phone call to TJC as ive only received back £1.99 for and item i paid more for to be told that it was included on budget pay!!!!!!whats going on
