My Recent Return

I have not yet received a call from you with regard to my recent return of a faulty item. One of the Polki diamonds in the ring was cracked so the ring was returned. You sent it back to me with diamond completely missing! saying that i had returned it out of the 30 day returns period, which i thought was 60 days at the time of purchase on 12th July 2020?. The ring is still faulty and should be fit for purpose for longer than 30 days. Why send it back to me worse than i sent it to you. I either want the diamond returned to me as well or a refund for it at least. I feel very upset about this and have never been treated so poorly by a company, i have spent an awful lot of money with you over the years, you risk losing me as a customer over a £30 ring! Please respond and let me know what you are going to do about this.
