My order for masks was confirmed on 10/4
Have used tracking information and it appears the system thinks it was delivered Tuesday 21/4

There is no sign of it so far on 25/4
Unable to get anyone on the phone
Have not had a reply to my email

Thank you for your response and phone call arranging the refund.

For information though i have since had 4 emails informing of the a refund but only for the post and packaging, and not the main payment.
I called and asked someone in your office about yesterday but i'm afraid that was a waste of time !

Are the post and packaging refunded separately ?
